When Panel is horizontally laid and our vertical panel joint options are to be used, we recommend our VJ2 Bubble Gasket as an air seal for compliance with the New Building Regulations.

Application: Profiles WV / CX
- When laying panels horizontally please contact technical services.
- Foam seal required behind the vertical joint or between flashings and face of the panel: ref: 3099.
- Vertical cranks not available for profile WV.
Coatings
- For Spectrum colours that need to be fabricated from the same batch of coil and to ensure a colour shading match you must allow the full lead time to obtain coil, unless confirmed by customer services at order stage that we have sufficient stocks available to cover your order
- For large orders above 2000LM of standard stocked colours you must allow a longer lead time of 6-8 weeks to obtain coil – 14 weeks may apply to some of our product range. Min order quantities of up to 4800LM may apply dependent on colour required.

Delivery Terms
- Charges dependent on length of panels and location of delivery.
- Panel lengths in excess of 14.5 meters (other than stated on quotation) are subject to additional charges.
- Police notification is required on panel lengths above 18.35m therefore additional charges will be applied. Please contact the quotations department for accurate pricing. 48hours and above notification required.
- For phased deliveries, if the quantity per phase falls below 400m², each phase will be subject to a separate delivery charge.
- Standard delivery is by 40ft artic however Moffett available on request/subject to availability.
- Should you require delivery on a rigid vehicle the maximum panel length is 9 metres. Standard delivery cost applicable and an additional 5 days lead time. We now offer a curtain sided tele handling offloading facility - max standard length up to 7.5m in length, and up to 10m in length with an extendable lifting beam.

- Please check stocks & colour availability in advance of placing your order as stocks can fluctuate between quote stage and order placement.

- Credit a/c terms of payment strictly 30 days from end of month of invoice.
- KS1000PPP (Power Panel Pitched) will be delivered crown up stacked as standard.

You as the contractor are deemed to satisfy yourself that the specification quoted is appropriate for this project. Please also refer to other attachments within your quotation offer for further surcharges and information.
Panels must be fitted in accordance with model specification if fire resistance period is required. Specifications with relevant installation instructions which include panel joint stitching arrangement and details of how to support the panels can be obtained from Kingspan Technical Services.
